TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a commission, you automatically agree to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS.GENERAL:
- My art may not be used for AI training or commercial purposes.- I reserve the right to post your commission in my online galleries and use those images for advertisement purposes.- I reserve the right to decline any commission requests for any reason.- I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer want to work on your piece for any reason.PAYMENT:
- I currently accept PayPal only. I will send you an invoice upon acceptance of your commission request.- 50% deposit is required UP FRONT before any sketching or brainstorming begins. The remaining 50% payment is required once linework is completed and sent to you. I MUST receive the remaining 50% payment before I will begin coloring.- Deposits must be received within 48 hours of order placement unless otherwise negotiated.- Remaining 50% payments must be received within 48 hours of line-art delivery unless otherwise negotiated.- Failure to make payments within 48 hours will result in a longer wait time for your finished commission.- You may opt to pay 100% up front if you wish. I will ask for your payment preferences upon accepting your commission request.- Sales are final. If I, for any reason, do not receive the remaining 50% payment for coloring, you will receive line-art only, as that is what the initial deposit covers.REVISIONS:
- I allow for ONE revision request per commission upon delivery of the sketch. This revision cannot change more than 20% of the entire image’s composition. (Basically, don’t ask me to draw you a whole new image!)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
- The average timeframe from me accepting a commission to completing it is between 30-90 days depending on various factors- including number of characters, character design, life events, on-time payment, etc.- Please do not request a commission with the expectation of receiving the finished product sooner than 30 days after deposit is received, as this is not possible for me and will result in your commission request being denied.- The completed artwork will be sent to you via email or discord with a link to a Google Drive folder containing your completed artwork. Commissions will be furnished in .PNG format and will include both watermarked and non-watermarked versions of your commission. I will only keep these files in the aforementioned Google Drive folder for 90 days after the link has been provided to you, so please make sure you download everything within that timeframe.- I do not furnish prints or physical merchandise of your commissioned artwork. However, you are free to have your own prints made of your commission as long as you will not be selling them commercially. I am happy to provide a CMYK version of your commissioned artwork for printing purposes!WIPS:
- I am happy to provide WIPs. Prior to me beginning coloring, you will receive, at minimum: one sketch WIP and one line-art WIP.- Once line-art is completed, I will send you at least one WIP per week throughout the coloring process until the piece is completed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
- I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, and/or use the image for self-promotion.
